Car Universe Ltd have excellent customer service, they really helped me out. Needed servicing for my car, as I am a key worker and have to drive long distance in the middle of Covid-19 lockdown.

Very friendly, honest and reliable place to get your PCO cars on hire. They might not be super cheap ( like those trying a hand at the trade from their bedrooms), but definitely very reasonably priced and well-worth visiting before finalising anywhere else. The cars are very well maintained and super reliable - I have rented with them for about 4 months and even bought my own car through them. Very helpful, especially when starting out for the first time in the trade. All in all, completely opposite to the stereotypical image of car dealer. Definitely highly recommended.

I highly recommend this company! i am an Uber driver for long time and change most of the companies in London until i met car universe. They have an excellent customer service and excellent cars as well. For me was very important that anything i wanted at anytime they've been there and with no stress at all.
